¿Puedo inspeccionar el lote antes de pujar?
Depende de la Dirección Provincial: algunas habilitan visitas previas y otras no. El bien se adjudica en el estado en que se encuentra, sin garantía.
¿Qué depósito hace falta?
El 25% del tipo de subasta en sobre cerrado, o el 30% para pujar de viva voz durante el acto, igual que en las subastas de inmuebles de la TGSS.
